SHUKI

An Exhibition of Contemporary Ceramic Sake Vessels from Japan and America

Shuki, The Intimate Vessels of Sake is an examination of sake ware by contemporary ceramicists, who meld their forms with deep-rooted tradition, and at the same time push the boundaries of their art into new territory. This ceramic work gathered from across America and Japan exemplifies an aesthetic of beauty within functionality and offers a wonderful glimpse into the world of sake’s intimate objects…objects made from the heart…
